Just a follow up. I chose to use a putty knife to remove the light cover and it worked like a charm. Popped right off, then snapped back in with no problem. Thanks all!

I got the 19RD last spring and just love it. Lots of storage and good counter space for making breakfast! Also enjoy the 3 big windows in the back...perfect for watching...
