I have a 2015x23b. Tires are ST175/80R13. Recommended tire pressure is 65 psi cold. Does anyone run a different tire pressure for a loaded out X23b, GVW is 4950?

Hybrid clean water tank
I have a 2015 X23B. I have never use the fresh water tank. What is the conventional wisdom? Do I need to put water in it and clean it or just leave it alone? Again, I've never put water in it.

No issues with the slide out. The reason I am unable to replace the jack knife sofa with chairs is because the heating unit is under the couch. Just stuck with the uncomfortable jack knife couch.
