Scott, Thanks for the pics. I just purchased a Jay Feather 19H 2008 and have discovered I have to do the same project. The mold, floor rot, and pattern is almost identical to the pics you posted. I will start the repairs next week. I have two questions (at this point): What is the cause of the problem and do you have any suggestions/recommendations before I get started. Thanks for your help.
