Before I would give up on finding one I would post the part number on GOOGLE SEARCH... I don't know where the RV grave yards are at but you might find one there???? I found what I wanted at a regular auto parts store but they were standard lens made by BARGMAN. AMAZON sells replacement lens as well but never saw any of the fancy ones on there. With the part number EBAY may a good place to look... You should be able to find the part number etched in the other side good lens...
If the lens is a simple crack etc maybe you can glue it back from another throw away lens...
Most Insurance guys like to replace anything associated with DOT SAFETY like windshields etc at no cost to you. Might be worth your while to ask them?
