My DW and I have been very pleased with the 2500. Mileage when not towing has averaged 12 - 14 around town. The best I have gotten straight highway is 19, but it seems to settle around 17. The tow package whistles and bells are pretty neat. Breaking is exceptional. The only downside is it rides pretty stiff when not towing, but we expected that going in.
