How do you removes glass shelves from rv fridge furrion 12 volt fridge

I posted this before and now I can't find all the responses. First trip out. Plugged into cabel did a scan only 2 channels

I downloaded the command bmpro app to my phone. there is an option to connect it to the propane tanks. I have to press the sensor on the tank? At the dealership I asked about it.. he said I don't know let me get someone to help... noone ever came. This was on our pick up date. So many other things I was having checked and looked at that I forgot about it now I'm home and trying tofigure it out. The dealership is not much help. Alos the tpms it has green caps on the tires .. trying to figure if we have that too.
