Having trouble with the new Victron150/85 controller. I have it all set up and I can get the voltage reading from the bluetooth connection but the system shows no wattage. When I first flipped the switch to put solar power to the victron, I got a wattage reading from the display panel and the app on my phone. Now I get nothing. I can't get ahold of any product or customer support. So far I'm pretty disgusted with Victron. Any advice? On my phone app, it says the battery charger is not connected. Says the battery charger will cut off if batteries are charged. Or a bms on the batteries is causing it to turn off the charger. I took the coach off of house power and turned on a small heater. The batteries went down to 13 volts and the solar charger would not bring them back to 14/6. The converter when powered up does charge properly. If you have a reference for customer support, please let me know. Thanks BTW. my phone app shows now wattage, just 48 volts and the charger not connected.

    Hello Rusty,
I am a new member and need your expert help. I am contacting you in reference to posts you made two years ago regarding DEF error codes (and in particular about reversed coolant hoses) in 2018 Jayco Senecas (with the S2RV chassis). I recently spent a week with my family stranded in our motorhome (which I purchased used not too long ago) on the side of the road de-rated due to this exact problem. I know this is likely the issue because my DEF was extremely hot. My question is this: Do you have any updated information on this problem? I am thinking of reversing the hoses myself but don't know if I will need a new DEF header. Also, do you know the status of this issue with regard to Freightliner footing the bill?

So sorry for the long question, but you clearly are the expert on this issue. Thank you so much for your help.
    Robert

Brian, have you used your BlueFire to reset any codes. It looks like you can from what I read on their webpage.
After reading the threads on here, I may send my scangauge back and get the BlueFire.

Hello Mr. Nuts. Thanks for all your helpful information.
I have a 2016 Seneca 37FK. The levelling system control panel is just flashing all lights and jacks will not come down. Also the steps will not come down. Would this be an issue with batteries? I am plugged into shore power. If you have any advise I would appreciate your input.

Brian - We are getting ready to move our solar equipment from our travel trailer to our new (to us) 2020 Seneca 37L. A friend is helping who works for a local solar installation company and has done some RV work - but not on a Seneca. He has some questions and I wondered if you would be open to talking with him. Thanks, Jeff Sparks

Brian, is it possible to get a copy of your BlueFire dash? I am picking up my 2021 Seneca 37TS and would love to have this for the return trip from Georgia. My email is chris@cktmail.com. Also, Thank you for the long list of modifications I have from following your posts....Chris.

Thanks for getting back to me. I was thinking about doing that too, but wasn't too sure if that would take care of my issue. I actually am going to also get a Y connector with two small length hoses so I can hook up both city water and black water flush the same time. Then I don't have to take off the hose to flush the black tanks. Thanks again!

Hi Rustynuts.. Have you had any problems on the attachment for your fresh water hose? Do the plastic threads actually hold on the hose? It seems when I thread on the hose, it will leak at times. But the other problem I have is keeping the hose attached. It would be nice to be able to remove those plastic threaded pieces and put something on there that would actually keep the hose attached.
