The jayco was next, again with the sticky notes. Only 3 this time (what a difference). 1 in the shower, the outside wall side, had popped out away from the wall close to the base of the shower. The other was a sticky note about charging the remote by the back door (wasn’t really a problem) & I’m still trying to remember the last one. Now, we haven’t had time to take her out, I have been periodically loading her & organizing. Friend me so I can send you more info 😀
Hi Tim! So nice to hear about your new 28RLS. OK, no issues yet, ours was already at the dealer. We narrowed it down to the Jayco & a keystone cougar. My husband is legally blind so I did the PDI on both. Started with the cougar, used sticky notes marking the nit-picky things I found wrong, hubby & salesman watching. Remember, it’s going to be yours, so pick, pick, pick. Please contact me privately for more details. The sticky notes made it easy to find how many things were wrong & what. I liked the cougar layout a bit better, but jayco has the 2 year warranty. I found 22 things wrong with the cougar; the most glaring were: bathroom door was not cut correctly & the doorknob wouldn’t latch, & the doorstop going into the bedroom from the hallway was not placed in the correct position, & wouldn’t stop the doorknob from hitting the wall.
