Daytime running lights

I'm having an issue with my daytime running lights. Would anyone inform me if they should be working with ignition in run mode and accessory mode or only in run mode?

Direct from Jayco....Globe portion of fixture rotates counter clockwise. It works!! Had to tap the globe slightly to get it to move. Takes a standard 1156 bulb:D

We have a '08 Melbourne 26A and are trying to figure out how to change the light bulb in the ceiling light fixture. Can any one instruct me how to remove the globe? :confused:
