Good idea!

I have to regularly tighten up the screws that hold my ladder as they tend to loosen with all the movement during use and just traveling.

The one on my older rig says: 300 lbs. I often use a step ladder to get farther up before actually climbing all the way. I am not over 250 but it still feels flimsy.
