Maybe you should block off some of the vent outside to see if that helps. leave at least 1/3 of it open for vent.

Mine came with grease in the brakes and I never added grease, I bought mine new and 3 out of 4 had grease in them. The guy at the dealership said he's seen lots come back like that.

If it was the sail switch, the fan would stop after a minute or so. Sounds like air in the lines or kinked gas line, bad valves or something like that. Still check the vents and exhaust though.

It just bolts to the side of the frame with supplied ubolts, old jack is held on with 3 or 4 bolts, easy off easy on. But if the longer shank options work, it sounds like a better option heh heh.
