Decal questions

getting work done on the front of my 174bh. I'll need to replace the decals/graphics. where is the best place to purchase new ones? Dealer said these could cost as much as $300. Seems way high. anyone know where I can get some cheaper?

and while I would prefer of go back to factory look, Im not 100% committed to that. Im open to the idea of another graphic on the front but certainly picky of about what that might be. either way, I do think I want some type of graphic up there.

You might want to get a price here too. Not factory connected.

Search for a place that does custom wraps, they may be able to print whatever you want.
This one is in europe, but might give you some ideas.

Find the company doing the local service/contractor trucks. By the time the local guy gets done with our trucks, $1500 -$2000.

Honestly, I'd probably just keep them off.

You can get smaller ones made locally for $200-$400 bucks installed. Price around.

Has anyone had their decals replaced? My 2017 Greyhawk's decals are cracking which is visible when viewed up close. At some point I expect things to get worse.

I fully expect a replacement job to cost a small fortune. I would want the original graphic set to be installed (if possible). I assume they somehow remove the old ones but then again they may just stick the new over the old.

Just wondering if anyone has endured the pain of decal replacement.

I have a set of replacement front decals. I'm thinking about replacing them this spring. There's about 3 or 4 decals. They are not to big, so it does not look intimidating.

I sold GM parts to body shops for many years. If you don’t have a lot of money invested in your decals ( GM’s can get really expensive) you might want to give it a try. I have tried and decided it might be a good idea to throw the keys to a pro and tell them to call you when their done. There are a lot of little tricks to make them look good ( and last ) that takes experience to make it right.

I have $0 invested. Supposedly the decals were recalled on my tt. Mine looked great. Dealer asked if I wanted them installed or if I wanted them for a future install. I took the box, and placed them in the garage.

Vinyl graphics for trailer

Go to a local print shop and have some custom vinyl designs made.
You'll definitely stand out!

Removed the cracking and peeling decals on our 2008 Montana. Used heat gun to remove label then used Turtle Wax label and Sticker remover to rmove glue.

The decals on my 2016 TT cracked but still under extended. When the dealer removed the decals they found the color had faded. They ended up replacing the front and side panels along with the decals. Personally I would not have put them back on but that is a personal choice. Total cost for repairs was covered under warranty but listed at over $2k.

What about a wrap of your own design? Good luck
