Why such a large inverter if you don't plan to run the microwave with it? I also think you need to budget for a shunt based battery monitor to know how much charge you have left and how much electricity you are using each day, the idiot lights that come with the trailer are useless, it would be good to install a battery monitor before anything else to actually see what your battery and solar needs really are before you purchase the rest of the system. I installed 360 watts of solar on my 2015 27RLS last summer and it has performed great.
