Propane Regulator Mounting

Have a single propane tank and my regulator is mounted to the front of my pop up.

Unfortunately the screws are coming loose wondering what the best way to fix this is.

Just screw it back in?...

I'll test that fuse later but...I would imagine that if that fuse was blown that my 12 Volt lights, water pump wouldn't run either when plugged into shore power?
