BROCHURE 26000 GVW , sticker 28000 GVW ?

Looking at 2013 37RB. BROCHURE states 26000# GVW. Unit weight is 21701# with a CCC of 6299# for a total of 28000#. Door sticker is 28000# GVW, and 33000# GCVW. The SENECA Brochure for ALL 2013 units...
