21 Feather 27RL, purchased in 20. Close to 30K miles. Nothing other than the shark fin is junk but we use Youtube TV with parks internet or we have a hotspot that works great.

Last summer we went from Dallas to the Black Hills. I drove 4-6 hrs a day and had no issues with it off. It kept cool/cold/frozen. Now it was all plugged in before we left

Thanks for the suggestions, I emailed Jayco and asked for the part number. I googled that and Bingo, the exact one came up on Amazon. $85.00 compared to 200+. Hopefully its not cheap trash.
