The Trail Center, in N. Charleston, SC. Small long time Jayco dealer and family owned.
They do not sell any Jayco products except towables.

In New Jersey/New York: Garrick RV in Oak Ridge (aka West Milford) NJ. They are in northern jersey, easy to get too. They are about 15 minutes off of Route 287 on Route 23. Service dept. is outstanding. Chris the manager oversees every rig coming in and going out and will only allow it to go. After the job is done right. Fair/average price too. We travel 3 hours from upstate (north of Albany) NY. There isn't a dealer service dept worth going to in our area.

Whitehorse RV in S. Jersey has been fantastic to me. They won't service what they don't sell however.

When we upgrade in a few short years they will be the first stop!

Miles Rv in Fletcher NC. wasn't the closest to us. but had the model we were looking for in stock. they have a great inventory of Jayco towables.
so far we have been very pleased. 2 minor warranty issues that were fixed quickly with no problems.
nice and friendly too.

Burton Campers in Calera, AL. Nothing but kudos to the staff there for an excellent buying experience.

If you are in central New York state, we highly recommend Seven O's RV in Kirkville, NY. They are east of Syracuse by a few miles and about 50 miles from our place but well worth the travel.

I second that, but drive 1 1/2 each way! They always got me in for service on my way to a destination, or coming back.

big sky rv and rangitsch bros.
big sky rv has always treated us well and has never let us down. our salesman is fantastic and the service department is very good. now with that said, we just got back from picking up our new camper from rangitsch bros. in Missoula montana. the trailer we wanted was not in stock at big sky rv and would not be in until june and rangitsch bros had 4 in stock. gave us a phenomenal price and treated us very well. the owner even came out and introduced himself. the service dept was very good and the pdi was excellent. no complaints at all. we even camped in the parking lot overnight which was nice before we had to head back. could not have been happier on how we were treated there. highly recommend them

Four Seasons in Virden, Manitoba, Canada. Their sales and device is second to none. I think they are one of the top Jayco dealers in western Canada

A second shout out to Hilltop Trailer, this time for their original location in Fridley, Minn.
Not the cheapest in the world, but they stand by you. Case in point - their mistake in pinning a Reese Revolution caused severe damage to the entire pin box, Revolution, and hitch when I picked it up. They owned up to it within 3 hrs of my sending pictures, picked the fifth up at my house, did the repairs, gave a new hitch, and even pulled parts from the head mechanics personal fifth, so we could go on our trip and not be delayed by parts coming in. They even offered to pay for a frame inspection of my truck, in case something got bent. Any warranty work (and there was little of it) was done very, very quickly too!

I also would highly recommend Hays RV in Longview, Texas. We ordered a new 2017 Seismic 4212 in August of 2016. It took about 3 1/2 months to get from Jayco. When it arrive Dillon with Hays called and said it was in. He told us to come over and make sure it's what we wanted and anything we find wrong they will repair. In my opinion they went over and beyond the call of duty to make any repairs during pdi. Their lead make ready tech and Dillon spent several hours with us going over all the controls and how to operate the toyhauler. They even added some items we thought should have come on the trailer at no charge. We wanted a dealer close by (they are 45 minutes away). We found trailers a little less expensive but hours away. We didn't want that. We've taken it back a few times and they have been very good about repairing and getting it ready in a timely manner. I believe a good camping experience starts with a good dealer.
