X2 on what Edd505 said. The area we live (Palm Springs, California) is also very popular with snowbirds. We love the mild winters here, temps in the 70's with lows in the 50's. Most of the population leaves here in the spring to head to cooler climates (It was 118 here last Saturday). Next year we plan on leaving for the summer in our TT so we won't have to suffer through the extreme heat any more. Enjoy your new Jayco!
