It is very well made, fit together like a glove. The only trick was installing the rear frame with the shade in place...took a few tries to get it right. The screws all lined up perfectly. Took less than 45 minutes and with just a screwdriver. This video helped a lot:

Glad everything worked out great for you as well. It is very much an improvement over the stock door window for sure! How’s your wife like it? Can’t wait to hear what your neighbor thinks! Enjoy!!

Cheers!! [emoji482]

Wife luvs it. I took a few photos and texted them to my neighbor....haven’t heard back from him. I’ll invite him over tomorrow for a look see.

Best thing is the dark glass matches all of the windows on my trailer...looks like it was a factory install. Really adds a nice touch,

Pulled everything out of the outside storage to inventory and re-organize for the upcoming trip to southern Utah. This will be the first trip with the new TV and I expect it will be the last trip with the 195RB as it looks like we have a July 6th delivery date on our new camper...

Busy day today. The DW is away on a girl's weekend at a cottage, so I got some alone time with the TT. Installed the Oxygenics showerhead that finally came on sale at Canadian Tire. I pressure washed the underside of the frame and after it dried, went around and cleaned up some rust spots, finally spraying with Rust Reformer. Tomorrow I will top coat with some Tremclad. I was glad to finally get any residual salt that may have been on from the tow in March from the dealer.

I also hardwired the TPMS booster since Amazon delivered the quick SAE quick connect cables I wanted (gotta love Prime, I ordered those late Thursday night).

Tomorrow (after golf), I'll look at the bolts to make sure they are tight and then the final coat goes on the frame.

Just got back from a 2,400 mile, three-week trip to beautiful Glacier NP. Washed her, including the roof, cleaned and mopped the inside and gave her a wax job — first of the season. Oh, and reinforced a couple of luan cabinet bottoms that were starting to sag because the staples were pulling out.

Made an impromptu trip to my dad's house. Didn't even load any water. We just grabbed a duffel, drove my car to storage lot, traded vehicles and took off.

Drives a bit different when it's almost completely empty!! And the South wind was something awful!! Our entire journey was East/West, so I got to fight it all the way there AND all the way home!!

I missed my monthly generator run 3 weeks ago while on a trip, so I'm doing it now. Drinking coffee and surfing the net on generator power. I also run the refrigerator on propane for a few hours so it will work when needed. So far all is well.

Not enough yet

Just picked it up from dealer the other day to repair door prop shock coming loose (2nd time), looks ok except for small 1/2” crack from under bracket on door !!!
Then i took it to my local rv repair shop and order auto-leveling jack system (Lippert) slide out topper, maxair 2 vent covers, and solar panel to add a few upgrades

Installed some nifty side marker and turn signal lights on both sides of my trailer. Mounted them in the lower middle of the trailer. They are LED's and the turn signal is pretty bright.

Changed out the water diverter on the outside shower faucet, then replaced the water heater drain plug. Saw that was dripping a little, while testing the faucet connections for leaks.

Great job Dan. I've made a few of those myself. This is a pic with my previous camper. Can you tell I'm an IU grad?
