Black tank flush caused a leak?

Okay, first time using my 2016 Jay Feather 23RLSW. Dumped the tanks and used the tank flush. All went well, went inside to get the black tank pods stored under the bathroom sink and noticed that the box was wet. Could too much water pressure on the inlet line for the black tank flush cause this. It looks like a vent off of the flush line, (see photo) is it possible the blast of water caused some to come out there (small amount like a splash)? Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks.

Thanks! Looks easy enough to change.

Yes, too high of a pressure can cause leaks also. Anywhere from 45 to 55-ish lbs is usually what's listed in the manuals.

We have a 2015 23RLSW, and in the 8 years we've had it I've had to replace that twice, pretty easy to do. It's a "Vacuum Breaker Check Valve", $20-25 on Amazon. Here's a link: https://www.amazon.com/RecPro-Breake...ef_=ast_sto_dp

Good luck!

You’ll find a bunch of posts on this. The vacuum breaker failed. Most cut it out and install or use some type of back flow device near or outside the trailer wall at the connection port. I removed mine and use a back flow device that I have installed along with a shut off valve and a flow meter.
