Whitehawk 27DSRL Owners....

A somewhat funny question, but have you figured out where to put your garbage can?

The cabinet under the kitchen sink is not deep enough and thus far, our seems to have landed in front of the entertainment cabinet.

Just wondering if anyone came up with a more brilliant idea? Thanks!

I don't have the same unit you do, but had a similar problem. Ended up finding a small can that would fit under the sink…

I have a medium size can with a swinging top. Keep it against the left side of the entertainment center.

I have the table and chairs option. I only take 2 chairs with us. The garbage can is stored against the slide wall with a chair pushed against it when we travel. I don't fasten chairs down when traveling since I don't have a problem with them moving around.

In the triangular space under the sink I keep a 24oz coffee can to keep bacon grease and a round cast iron meat press which I keep on a piece of cork. (available at Wally Mart)

In our previous, much smaller rig, we didn't use a trash can.
I put one of these on the side of the kitchen cabinet:
Now granted, those grocery bags aren't very large - but we found they did just fine as long as you make sure they aren't torn.

These back holders work great, don't take any room - and come in two packs - we had one on the outside of the trailer and one inside.
Just remember to take the outside bag down at dark or you may have 'visitors' during the night.

We have a black round 1-2 gallon trash can with a lid and a foot pedal that we put below the fridge in the corner below the thermostat. I measured it to ensure the fridge door would open above it and because its round, it does not obscure the air return for the furnace. We bought it at IKEA.

The wife and I thought this was the floor plan we wanted until we actually looked at one. One of the main things the wife commented on, was lack of cabinet space and no where to put a trash can.

Go figure.....
