Any experience with Alaska Pet Health Certificate requirement

It appears that Alaska has a requirement for Pet Health Certificate with an official certificate number completed within 30 days of attempted entry from Canada even if you traveling from lower 48. Canadian Vets are unaware of the seachable number requirement. This is bizarre.

Thanks for the reply. I am still confused because of the bold letter warning that all dogs are required to have a CVI. The exception of traveling from Alaska to Canada and back to Alaska would not apply to us..

Does this help? I can't see it being an issue since all the Major RV Clubs do Caravans to Alaska every year
