What is the best stuff to condition rubber on the slide seals

I use CRC Power lube on the mechanical slides and 3M silicone spray on the rubber portions. You defiantly want a dry lube on mechanical slides. I blow them out with air compressor before I apply lube and do it about 4 times a year
