I would agree with the previous posts. A little fluid is probably not worrying about. I did however have a problem on a previous unit with the push handle not shutting the tank valve. I discovered, upon inspection, that the sheathing on the handle cable had separated just behind the mounting bracket so that when I pushed the handle to close the valve the sheathing would expand on the last 1/4 so that valve did not completely close.

Upon removal and inspection of the valve, I found that it was tight to close and may have contributed to the cable failure. The culprit appeared to be coffee grounds . Oh, the price of our Northwest addictions!
