Intermittent leak

Hi all. I have an intermittent leak that comes from base of faucet handle. I thought there would be a screw I could loosen to open it up and put in a new O ring. Don’t see one. Before I take it off I was wondering if anyone knows if I can replace O ring or is this just a cheap unit that I just have to replace whole thing? Picture attached.

Some rv fixtures are serviceable but it truly doesn't pay. Standard home type faucets will work fine and are serviceable when needed.

Most kitchen faucets are 8" inch spacing and baths are 4 inch. You just need to get a replacement with the correct numbers of holes to match your sink.
