Does anyone know of a campground that offers shuttle service to charleston.

North Carolina?

If you mean Charleston, SC, James Island county park has shuttle buses that take you into town to the visitors center on a regular schedule.

A campground in NORTH Carolina that offers a shuttle to Charleston SOUTH Carolina? Doubtful, but Uber could do it for a fee.
