Follow up to our broken new toy

We purchased and picked up our new shinny Greyhawk MV this past Monday. Well loading it up for our trip that same day we put our bedroom slide out once and it would not come back in.
Long story short, ok still long
After talking with service manager he said he would have tech come out tomorrow to fix it. Well we had a 2 day blizzard so no tech. He promised today for sure since weather had improved. Sure enough tech arrived relaced control panel, still won't override and reset, ran new cables to motor still won't work. service tech said it had to go back to shop (1 hour and bit away) and promised it would be fixed and back in my driveway by 6pm, this was 2pm.
Sure enough 6pm back working with new control panel, wires and motor.
We are impressed!!
On top of this I also contacted Jayco who called me 12 hours later and assured me since we were planning to drive to Florida if needed they would have their tech meet us at our location.

Relieved our new shinny toy is new again and hope we never need this type of service again but very impressed
