Hi Race Chase.

There really is not temporary fix.

Remove the inside plastic cover (triangle shape) then unplug the video and electrical lines.

You can then remove the dangling mirror...

I love our 30amp EMS by Progressive.

It has saved us a couple of times when the RV park we pulled into had low voltage.

Low voltage can damage AC systems and the fridge.

We had an issue.... the passenger side view mirror fell off. It was held on by a small retaining ring. Teeth, over time, broke off the ring and.... it fell off the post it...
