That’s true with both of ours. You must be relatively close to directly beneath them. I would image that depending on how far the unit is recessed in the ceiling.

It does the 3 to 4 times start each and every time we use it all night long. The last time was in New Mexico where they haven’t seen rain for months.

Yes sir it does, it operates after starting and stopping about 3 or 4 times. I have looked for moisture and have found none. This has gone on for two seasons now.
