Welcome aboard!
Color me envious, I'm another 10 years from being in your shoes.
Since you are already familiar with towing and driving, my only advice is:
MUCH MORE MAINTENANCE!
A good TT is more complicated and requires more care than any reefer you ever towed. Check the roof annually. The wheel bearings every 1,000 miles. The tires wear faster.
All the interior fixtures and fittings are "lightweight" versions of what you find in your home. Don't expect they'll last as long.
Develop a toolkit and spares for the things that go wrong on the road. At least enough to get off at the next exit.
Other than that, enjoy life on the road.
