I am heading to Gardiner, Me this week for our first trip out east from Wisconsin. Can anyone give me some must see places and best but low priced places for seafood.

Not sure where Gardiner is, and these places are a hike from Kennebunkport, but we really enjoyed Mt. Desert Island (Acadia National Park, Cadillac Mountain, the Asticou Gardens at Northeast Harbor). Frenchboro is another great island to visit (ferry from Bass Harbor). There's a place called Lunt's on the dock that always had great seafood, all caught fresh.

Last time we were up there near Scarborough ME, I found the seafood prices to be really high along the tourist traps near the campgrounds we stayed at. We did find a good place in South Portland called Dock's Seafood though with very reasonable prices. Nice people there too...
