Only a paltry 5 nights over 2 trips in a used Forest River popup. We just got into camping this year for the first time since we've been married (23 years). Between work and other activities (most of our vacation time and money was spent on scuba diving trips), our lives just didn't lend to it until now.

With the new Jay Feather X213, full retirement, and enough time to plan, our numbers should go up significantly next year.

Just added it up for 28 nights this year.

Another poster had a nightly cost which intrigued me so adding...
20 in 2014
31 in 2015

Makes 79 in total and our nightly cost around $278 not including camping fees, mods, gas, upgrading the truck......Maybe I shouldn't have done that math

I'm not touching the math on that. If I had to justify it on that basis, I never would have started. With a brand new TT and having to buy a new truck to tow it, our per night costs will be outrageous for the foreseeable future. Thankfully, I prefer to look at what I'm getting rather than what I'm spending. Getting into the woods more often, and doing it in relative comfort, is worth whatever it costs (within reason).

Besides, what red-blooded American man doesn't like having a good excuse to buy a new truck?

we just got our 212QBW in mid-July. have 10 nights so far and have
4 more coming up in 2 weeks, I really don't see it as that seasonal here in
North and South Carolina.
just running out of vacation days is the big problem I have.

My calendar shows 51 nights since last March but we have a few more to go this year. We also did 6 states. We did not camp in Jan or Feb but we may change that before it becomes a trend.

Only 24 this year. I bought a S&B to snowbird in, so that cuts out about five months of what I used to do.

Unfortunately just 2 nights. I was laid off after 16 years with a major telecom company and we just didn't have much in the budget to play with. We paid off a home improvement loan and budgeted the TT payment so we can enjoy it more next season.

11 trips and 35 nights. Too few, but quality including a week in the Black Hills and another week bumming around Michigan. Looking to do more next year.

By no means enough nights. The trailer was on a seasonal site from May 13th to September 15th...... We spent at least 3 nights a week out there.

Spent about 30 days in our Keystone Premier - three weeks in Santa Fe plus other random trips between March and May. Then we purchased our Melbourne in late May; and since then, we've spent about 12 days in the mountains, three National Parks in Utah and one in Arizona for 25 days, Santa Fe again for 7 days, 7 days off and on visiting one of our sons and staying at a KOA, 21 days touring southern Montana and northern Wyoming, Laughlin for 21 days, travel days hard to keep track of, now winterized as of last week. It was a great season - this has always been our retirement dream, and we've been living it now for three years. This year we were out over 100 days in all, about 10,000 miles and would have been gone more if we hadn't had commitments to bring us home between trips.
