Will it light at all? If not, the usual problem is carbon buildup on the flame orifice, or spider webs. The solution ( as told to me by the Norcold repair center) is to use compressed air (not the ones in the cans, not enough pressure or volume) to blow out the area around the orifice very thoroughly from several different angles.
If the frig lights but does not stay lit I am not sure about the solution, but I would try a blow-out anyway.
Good Luck

Open your valves on the propane tank slooooowly, opening it too quickly will trip the safety that will stop propane flow

If we go a week or more between uses of our TT, I have to bleed the propane system by lighting the stove. Once the stove lights and stays lit, the fridge will light.
When ever you open the valves on one of the tanks, do so very slowly. There is a device built in the gas system that is supposed to prevent catastrophic loss of gas in the event a line is cut that will stop the flow of gas. If you open the vales too fast, this device will trip. The only way to reset it is to release the pressure from the line at the tank wit the tank valve closed, loosen the connection to the trailer. You should hear a slight puff of gas. Then tighten the connection and slowly open the valve on the tank.

Try suggestions above first, if that does not fix it could be a bad regulator.

We usually have to try ours a few times before it takes off. If I just let it do the auto change over it won't usually light. I have made a habit of just changing to the gas position as we are packing up. If it has sat awhile it takes a few times.

We had the same problem with our 33RLDS. What I found was the propane hose under the trailer was routed wrong. and that caused the fridge from lighting. Our fridge is in a slide out. When I get ready to pack it up after I turn on the electric part of the fridge I start the stove to bleed the air out of the system then I turn the fridge over to gas to make sure it lights. Works every time.

I seem to have a heck of a time lighting the pilot light for the hot water heater. I follow the directions of pressing the red cap with the valve set to pilot light, but it will take one to two minutes for it to light.

As said above, usually if you haven't used the LP for while, the system has to "fill up" before everything will light. Usually, the stove lights first, the fridge second and the water heater last when we first start our stuff up. Does your fridge work on AC? If so, then perhaps a call to your dealer is in store to see when you can get it in to get it fixed. I find it hard to think your orifice is filled with carbon on a 2015 FW, but maybe that's the problem and a pretty easy one to get fixed.

I've never run my fridge on LP. If I select that at the fridges panel, does the fridge have its own pilot light that will automatically ignite itself? I do not recall during my orientation/walk through having this explained to me. I was shown how to light the pilot light out by the hot water heater, but nothing about the fridge itself pertaining to LP operation.
