Not getting out soon

We want to go camping so bad we can taste it. We a envious of those of you in the more southern climates who are getting out already. Yet, as you can see from the picture of the snow level at the side of my driveway compared to the truck, the trailer is not moving for a while. We cannot even begin to get the truck near the trailer without a lot of shovel and snow blower work.
However, this also means I get many more weeks of riding my snow machine.

I ask those of you enjoying the warm weather and camping to please raise a glass for us.

To clarify, that is the depth of snow berms along the road and sides. Actual depth is around 20 inches.

Glass raised.

You can try to explain the snow depth, but in the end IT'S TOO MUCH!

Overnights are still too cold for this southern boy, maybe next month (currently dark and 64*).

Yep, started prepping TT last week, as temps were warmer and the bug starting setting in. So we got about 4" of snow yesterday, 11 deg this morning, and 25"-30" of snow forecasted for Mon thru Wed. May as well hold off on the goodies in my Amazon cart for a few weeks. First trip out on 4/21, hopefully good weather by them.

Looks normal.. The trouble is we returned from a trip and have to excavate the niche for the trailer! We have had some 8 feet of snow in the last month. Most melted.. the depth is about 12 inches with four foot berms.

But its hard as heck... its is ice. We have till Wed to work on it.. Nother big blast of several feet.

2 today and going down.

Can't wait until I can do the same, but that won't be until I sell the business or my sons take over. It's a shame how work always gets in the way of everything!

Minus 13*C here in the sun, with a -30*C windchill. And we're going to the RV show this afternoon. DW suggested we park at her work where she pays for parking and walk the few blocks to the Convention Centre, but I said no. We'll pay for the underground parking there and stay inside.

In Florida now, migrating North at the end of the month and that white garbage had better be gone! I'll be raising several glasses to you--perhaps a whole case!

We're going to hook-up and head down to Gulf Shores, AL in a couple weeks. But I will no doubt have to re-winterize on the return trip.

Mid to high 80s here in east central FL. (Palm Bay)

Up in Daytona,"Bike Week"is going on.

Went down to the beach today and watched the spring breakers work on their burn, and polish their volleyball skills. Seem they are getting younger every year.

I ain't shoveling snow no more....

High of 23 today. No snow on the ground as it was near 60 last week. They are talking up to 8" of snow tomorrow night into Monday. I don't believe them though. Two weeks ago they said we were going to get 15" and we didn't get anything. Not even a dusting. How can they screw it up that bad? I get saying we will get 1-2" and nothing but 15" and get nothing is crazy.
