I have tons of respect and admiration for those that do such a thing. I've always had the opinion that anyone can buy new, take good care of it, and make it last. Or, take it to someone for a repair. The person that does it themself with the aid of sites such as this, they get the respect deserved.

With this example, a person buys what most would think as a basket case, completely rebuilds, and ends up with a gorgous camper. The benefits are great to, as if anything requires repair, they know that camper inside and out, and can tackle it themselves.

This reminds me of one of my new favorite cable shows: Flippin' RVs:

When things go really bad and being good at things like trading in the stock market has zero, these are the type of people that will rise up and build another america. They are much like the ones that built the first one.

Pretty cool project.

It definitely is! I respect them for taking on that big challenge. They made something their own they can be proud of. It still is a costly project with lots of hours put in.
At least if they complain about warranty it is their own. I am sure they vacuum all the construction materials out cavities. Well Thumbs up for them!

Wow! There is someone about 1.5 blocks from our new place that did what appears to be something similar. The TT is slightly bigger than this one. I have not talked yet, maybe next spring. But you can tell it has all the new appliances in it.
