For us.
Couple Turkeys roasted in the oven.
Moist dressing
Giblet gravy
Mashed tatters
Green beans
Green bean casserole
Broccoli casserole
Sweet Corn mixed with cream cheese and jalapeņos
Candied Yams
Deviled eggs
Olives and mixed relish tray.
Jelled cranberrys and whole as well.
Home made rolls
Pumpkin, pecan and apple pie
And several outer deserts always show up as well as well as other sides.
We always have family and 20-30 guest...anyone getting hungry beside me..
This list is almost exactly what we do. We don't have the sweet corn prepped that way but otherwise... ditto.

We always have the finger food trays way ahead of dinner. We always just refer to that as "the spread".

Another thing we do is a simple side / dessert that I think might actually be called Waldorf salad or something like that. All it contains is a container of whipped cream, a can of crushed pineapple, some crushed walnuts, and a package of pistachio instant pudding mix. This is just folded together until well mixed. Let it sit in the fridge for half a day or so and it is ready. Simple and everyone seems to like it.
