2017 Jayco Jay Flight 23 RB Travel Trailer

Hello everyone, I'm having an issue with my new RV. The furnace and a/c unit suddenly decided to stop working. We have checked the fuse and all breakers. We also have tried shutting off and turning the furnace back on and get no response, no fan or anything. I contacted my dealer and they are saying it could be a loose wire on thermostat or a bad thermostat. Also, they say it could be a bad control module. I'm guessing that it is a Coleman unit because I have a Coleman- Mach manual thermostat. Any suggestions?

Thanks!!

Do you have interior lights? Radio Plays? Microwave light on?
Are you hooked up to Shore-Power?
The thermostat runs off of the battery.
Is you battery fully charged?
What is your battery voltage?

Check your battery terminal connections..
Check your batteries NEGATIVE cable connection to the frame of your TT.

Check fuses with a meter not a visual verification.

Thanks for the info...I have shore power. Everything is working. We just don't get anything from the thermostat for heat or a/c. Will check battery connections. Do you think the thermostat could have gone bad? What about the control module going bad?The camper is new, just got it at the end of February and have only used it 3 times so far.
