Howdy from Texas

DW and I sold our class A Thor motorhome last month and after lots of research, road tests etc., downsized today to a 2015 Greyhawk 29MV. We had hoped to reduce the profile to less than 30 feet in actual length, but this unit has everything we like and drives like a dream. We will complete the PDI and formalize the transaction next week.

This is our first class c rig. Previous setups over the years include tent camping, a pop up, a 28' bumper pull, 30' 5th wheel, and two class A units.

We're a retired military couple who enjoy spending as much time with our two grand girls as possible. They truly enjoy RV road trips with 'Pa' and Grandma.

Through 44+ years, we worked hard, saved hard and are now gratefully blessed to enjoy these wonderful years together.

Looking forward to the experience and wisdom from Jayco owners. We're pretty impressed with what appears to be a well-constructed motorhome.

Thank you, both, for your service to our country! Congratulations on your new Greyhawk, and welcome to The Forum. Sounds like you have experience with every kind of camping, and every kind of rig. Please feel free to share that experience with the rest of us, by responding to those threads that interest you. That's what makes the JOF such a helpful and friendly sight.

Happy camping and enjoy your new "Hawk"!
