New to us Jayco 29BHS

Last week, we traded our 2000 Prowler 824z for a 2009 Jayco JayflightG2 29BHS at our local dealer. The Jayco is in like new shape and was well taken care of. Our 2 teenagers are happy as the bunks are much larger than the ones in the Prowler. We are all happy to have a slide out and have a couch for more seating on trips that the weather turns bad. We plan on a maiden voyage next week. I really like this fine site and hope everybody has a great summer camping.

Sounds like the 29BHS is a good fit for your family.

Before you leave next week, if you haven't already, give the tires a THOROUGH CHECK including the date code. Hopefully, if the unit was well taken care of, the tires won't be a problem. But better to be safe than sorry.

Hope all your voyages are safe and happy.

Nice, hope you get many years out of it! We just upgraded from a 22 foot with no slides to a 29QBS with a long and deep slide. The additional interior room is AMAZING!!! We are leaving for a 9 day trip to the lake in a week and a half. I'm sure it will rain one or two of those days. With a 2 year old a 6 month old, it will be nice having room inside to play and stretch when the weather is bad.

Hope you enjoy yours as much as we have been enjoying ours!!!
