Earlier this week we emptied it out and completely cleaned the interior, it looks good as new. Also cleaned the awning top and bottom. It's ready to be taken to the dealer when we exchange/upgrade from our awesome 2015 White Hawk to a 2018 Pinnacle.

Oh, week before I wrote a check paying off the note on the WH mentioned above. That was pretty awesome too

Washed, waxed and cleaned the interior after a trip through rain and snow. Also detailed the tires and did some minor repairs on molding.

We are fortunate to live where winter is mild. We rarely use the furnace because the heat pump works great. Our fridge is residential and I replaced oven with an induction cooktop. So, our only real propane usage comes from the water heater (at start up before switching to electric)

Got it set up at Lake Arrowhead. Spending night here before en route to Palo Duro.
Opened up the slide to find a loose screw tear up the floor. Grrrrr! Not how I wanted to start this trip.

Finally had a nice sunny day where I didn't have to work. Opened the side cover of the trailer to let some fresh air in for the afternoon. I also finished the 25 foot run from the exterior breaker box to the new 30amp RV outlet off the side of the shop. Thanks to RSerendipity for posting a simple 1-page document a while back on wiring this properly. It was a breeze and my EMS had no complaints when I turned it on.

I checked for mice, added more dryer sheets, peppermint, and hung some moth ball containers near the wheels....then I unplugged it. Sad day.

Brought it home from a one-nighter at the local lake/lagoon campground.

This was the first in a new tradition. This was a "Gentleman's" camping trip. No women or children were invited. I know, I know, this sounds so very politically incorrect. Oh well. So be it. It was so good to spend time with the other guys. We all needed it. Why is it that a bunch of middle-aged guys can sit around the campfire and quickly solve so many of these crazy contemporary problems that we are faced with. It's was so easy!

It sure was nice to come home to the family today. We all missed each other. At least I think that I was missed?

Brought my trailer home today!!! No it’s not a new purchase, but rather I no longer have to keep it in storage! It is so much having it here at the house!

Installed a Curt fifth wheel pin lock and temporarily installed the new Yakima bike rack. Installed the bikes and was pleased. Removed the bike rack for the winter. Sad.

Fixed Excessive Shaking

I finally figured out why my 195RB Baja is shaking so much. The front stabilizing jacks point forward which allows the front of the trailer to shake left and right. I installed 2 chains and turnbuckles from each wooden block to the screw holding the jack to the body. A section of 1/2 metal conduit keeps the blocks from sliding inwards. DW was quite impressed.

In retrospect, I could have used lighter duty chains

During our last campout a couple weeks ago, we found our water pump would not pump. So, I ordered one while we were there and installed it today. Now we can winterize it after the holiday company leaves. It is our guest house this year.
