When I want to drain it, I hand tighten the grey plastic nipple into the ball valve, open the valve and let it rip.
Btw, nice job!

Rain moved out overnight giving me a few hours of 50-60 degree weather before a fast moving cold front moved in. I used that window to install a HaloView wireless backup camera.

De winterized and cleared all pink stuff out of the ice maker. Replaced the fresh air filter inn the Whirlpool fridge and after one or two more ice cycles I'll replace the water filter as well.

Getting ready to install the whole house filter, replace the water hoses (current ones have been used for 2 seasons).

Big projects for the weekend is installing the repeater for the TireMinder TPMS and start loading up for our trip that begins next Wednesday.

Pulled the slide in, did a thorough inspection of all the caulking, including the roof. Then gave it a good scrubbing.

Dan, are they sending you a new zerk?! Doesn't make sense. From your photo it looks like the old one can still be unscrewed and a new one inserted. Can you clarify?

Congrats Dan on the new disc brake job! Can’t wait to hear how you like them. I should’ve gone with Dacromat, but settled for E-coat, yet raw steel was shipped and installed—ETrailer did reimburse. It took 3 days up in Elkhart to get my disc brakes installed, only to have them fail 2.5 years/25k mi later as they didn’t properly torque ANY of the caliper bracket arm nuts to the axle and the LF caliper broke away tearing the hydraulic line as the last nut fell off. I was very fortunate pulling into a rest area at slow speed. So just a FYI reminder to everyone with disc brakes, at the annual bearing repack, to check those 5 nuts at each wheel. The forward axle nuts all came loose first, as it may be getting the heaviest brake workout.

Not to much yet. Unzipped the cover and checked it over inside. Replenished the Dri-Z-Air pellets, and made sure the toilet was still holding A/F. All is still good.

Well, didn't do anything today but last Tuesday I changed the fiberglass color, changed the graphics, added a slide, and stretched her 3'.

We may not be going anywhere soon, but I am certainly getting things done. Finished up the physical build of the DIY Solar Suitcase project. Now looking for a few decent, dry days to work on installing the controller and wiring it up.

De-winterized it and took it camping for a 3 day weekend. The State Park near our house is booked solid for several weeks. Lots of space between sites and people staying to themselves.

This is hilarious! I literally just did the same thing just last week before we went to Edisto Beach. I had been looking for a deal on Wet Sounds for the past 8-9 months because I was convinced I would have to replace them. They actually sound really good for what we use them for...
