Alanta 26 X on demand water pump

Last year water flow was fine. Now after being in storage all winter the flow does not seem to be all that good. There are not leaks or restrictions in the piping. Is it just the poor quality of the pump that is in these low end coaches that will cause this. Should I look for other causes.
