Check Engine Light on 31UL

My check engine light came on a few times while on my first trip with my new Precept 31UL. As per the manual if the light doesn't flash it usually is nothing to worry about and will go out after a few hundred miles. I called a few dealers and was told it probably was due to the emissions, either filling it too much or leaving the gas cap loose. I finally took it in and had it checked and to my surprise found out the engine has a limiter on it and at 74 mph the light will come on. I don't drive at that speed but coming down a few mountains in Tennessee I guess I did. The ford dealer could not find any information about how or what speed the limiter is set only mine is 74 mph. There is also nothing in any manual about a limiter. I hope this information is helpful to someone out there.

It is a 2016 and the ford dealer said they have no idea how they set the limiter.

Quite interesting to hear about the limiter causing the check engine light.
Never heard of that before. Will ask my mechanic his opinion.
