Cracking in the fiberglass in the front

I have a question? We recently had a passenger headlight replace because it was flaking and the molding was also repaired on that side because it was coming loose. Now we have cracking in the fiberglas . Left it at CW this past Friday to get the tv fixed hopefully, windows are flaking and our other headlight is also flaking..anyway..the body shop guy looked at it and said they(CW) probably caused it..i sent photos to GM and service mgr today and now they write back and tell me the body guy discussed with us ( he didnt) that this was a jayco defect! We have a jayco 31UL..is anyone else having this problem? And is there a number for jayco? Thanks! This guy is now lying that he never said that to us! We are livid! Typical service people at CW!
