Jayco Service

Just wanted to comment on recent service work I had done at Jayco Factory. I had several issues that I took my 35 UN to be repaired. They met with me listed all items I had issues with. Called me when coach was done. We went over all issues to make sure nothing was missed. I want to say thank you to Scotty and Sally in the service department for making it positive experience and reaffirming why Jayco was a great choice.

Really good to hear and most do compliment the Jayco factory service. My only question to you is timliness; did they start and complete the work close to the timeline they quoted? I have some significant repairs scheduled soon and curious if I can hard schedule the pickup date. Thanks!

Full timers but still active duty AF, anxiously awaiting retirement travels where I have been told everyday is a Saturday

Service work

They gave me a 3week window and finished in the fourth week. I had some leaks that compounded the problems

How many people can leave their RV at the factory for 4 weeks?

We have a couple small issues that our local dealer just doesn't seem to be able to solve. They always tell me part on order from Jayco...... why does it take so long to ship a part?

JAYCO doesn't stock parts. Everything arrives as it's needed for production so spare parts are ordered from supplier then sent to the dealer.

There are also times it's used as an excuse by the dealer since they are behind in service.

.. and sometimes the wrong part is ordered, or sent, so the wait gets longer.
