I installed the EMS-HW30C Progessive Industuries Surge Protector (hardwire) in my 2013 26 BH after I purchased it. To many electrical items in the TT that could get wiped out without one and it could be costy. It was the first mod I did to the TT. I have not had any issues with the system and it has always worked great for me. I installed it my self. On mine I pulled out the circuit breaker panel box below the fridge and installed it in the space behind it. I had to loosen a few wire hold downs from the floor for more slack to allow the panel to pull forward out of the way some more so I could have some more room to work with. I secured in on to a vertical panel at the back of the opening. The instructions are very easy to follow. All you have to do in cut the 30A cable and connect it to each side of the Surge Protector (specific side for the breaker side and plug end side) Just ensure when you cut the 30A cable you leave enough on the trailer/circuit breaker side to be able to maneuver the Surge Protector to secure it. It took about an hour--only do the fact it is a bit of a tight space. Sorry I did not take any pics. It was my first mod and I was excited to get it done and forget about taking them. If you have any questions shoot me an email
