Question bed kick stand? (165 J feather sport)

Just got my new to me 05' 165 Jay feather sport home today and going through it to familiarize myself with all componets etc and found this on the floor under the double bed. im assuming the metal rod/bracket should be mounted somewhere also found a simillar bracket mounted under the bed. there was a dowl rod left under aswell rolling around (temp kick stand). any one know what/how this rod is suppost to go? pics woild be a +. Thanks!!!!
