Question Jayfeather slide motor question

Hi
I,m new to this forum, have a question hoping someone could advise me on this question. We just purchased a new Jayfeather and we would like to take it down to Florida this winter. This model has no underbelly, I'm worried about the highway water spray hitting on the slide motor.
Could this be an issue.
Would appreciate your thoughts.

Roger

No problem as its a sealed unit and I live in the northwest and travel in rain maybe 40% of the time and it's on year #6. But it is important to keep the rails clean and lubricated with a dry lube.
