It should be listed in the back of your owners manual.
You can also send VIN # in email to Service@Jayco.com and they will tell you and supply a manual.
I also thought I read recently that all the manuals on available on their website for downloading.
I believe that the 2010 Jayco model year was a transition year for converter/charger brands. It could be either a IOTA (2-stage) or Progressive Dynamics (3-stage). Jayco has been using Progressive Dynamics since then.
According to the owners literature the converter in my 2010 is a Progressive dynamics....PD4000 "Intelli power" converter with built in "Charge Wizard" microprocessor.
