Fuses

Hi can someone please tell me where the fuses are in the dinette??? And where I can check for a blown fuse . The guy couldn't help me because he didn't have my model on site .

I have a 2015 Jayco 23XB and am wondering the same - where is the fuse between the battery and electric center (where the breakers and other fuses are). I crossed the battery cables, blew the 30 amp fuse, replaced that but still no 12v power from the battery. When I plug the trailer to my home, I have power every where else. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Did you figure out the location of it from the post? In the front storage, above the bench for dinette, there is a hollow column that the wiring comes into the coach. The 30 amp fuse is in that bundle.

A common issue most people miss. A lot of times when you cross battery terminals (either by shorting across or when installing, placing the wrong polarity), the inline 30 amp fuse will blow. However, the fuse (or fuses) in the side of the converter will sometimes blow as well. So what happens is you replace the inline 30 amp and still nothing from the 12V systems works but all the 120AC stuff works.
You have to locate your converter. Usually behind your fuse panel or sometimes behind a panel (inside) close to where the shore power plug in is at.
once you locate the converter, check the fuses that are in the side of it (often 40AMP). Almost always a royal pain to pull and replace.

Got it fixed! Thanks for the help. Just popped the cover off the dinette bench and the fuse was in that area, just behind the drawer. Easy to change once you got to it. I'm going to use that fuse connection to put in a battery onff switch in the left front storage area. That way I cut shut the battery down without taking off cables.
